TMS Architects has been working with the The Music Hall on a design for their upper lobby. Long neglected, crowded during shows and difficult to navigate, the rehab of the upper lobby will include “beautiful new carpeting, newly plastered walls, gorgeous crystal chandeliers and a traditionally inspired cherry wood bar”. A donor wall will be incorporated as well, honoring those who have given so generously towards the restoration thus far.
The newly-refurbished upper lobby will greet theater-goers mid-September, just in time for the well known film festival, Telluride By The Sea. For more information on The Music Hall, The Music Hall Loft and upcoming programming, visit The MusicHall.org.
