One of the many talents that sets TMS Architects apart is the ability of the architects to produce beautifully hand-drawn and painstakingly colored renderings for clients. According to Bill Soupcoff, AIA, one of TMS’s principal architects, ” Rendering is a tool we use to convey the three-dimensional design to a client who may have difficulty reading two-dimensional drawings.” While some of our renderings are computer-generated, many of them are hand-drawn and colored the old-fashioned way…with colored pencils and markers.
