This TMS designed Provident Bank is a free-standing structure in Seabrook, New Hampshire strategically located at the intersection of two busy streets. This bank was designed in a New England cottage style, reinforcing the overall branding image of the bank. The site was developed to break up the parking lot into smaller, more attractive areas with beautiful landscaping and interesting plantings. The cottage feel is continued in the interior with bright colors and glazed walls to provide a cheery and upbeat environment for both employees and customers. The building includes a large meeting room that was designed to be available for community functions as well as bank use.
