Project: State Municipal Fish and Game Headquarters, Concord, NH

Every project has its own unique issues and opportunities and in the case of the Fish and Game Headquarters facility, the initial design parameters were especially challenging. Legislative appropriation placed stringent limits on the total building area and construction budget although, program requirements called for a building substantially larger. TMS approached the problem with highly efficient office space design, multi-use flexible meeting space, consolidation of storage, and display/exhibit area integrated throughout the buildings common spaces.
