TMS was selected to work with the Golf Club of New England and the Arnold Palmer Corporation to design the new 28,000 square foot clubhouse for this signature golf course located in Greenland, New Hampshire. The clubhouse is situated in the middle of the course, strategically placed so that it will become the visual focal point on the golfers' approach to the 18th green. The facility includes dining facilities, lounges, exercise areas and cart storage for the 250 members of this private golf club.
