Project: Beachfront Bungalow, Seabrook, NH

This project involved a major renovation and addition to an existing 2,000 square foot residence. The program called for an additional 1,800 square feet of living space as well as extensive renovation to the existing first floor of the house. The home's existing footprint could not be significantly expanded so we added a second story to provide for an additional bedroom and Master Bedroom suite.
The delicate detailing of the fence and arbor define the limits of the property and add to the facade which evokes a cottage-like style and scale which is so much a part of the vernacular of historic New England beachfront architecture.
