Kittery Landing is located on a rocky knoll on Badger's Island, Maine overlooking downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire and is the picturesque waterfront home for eight families. Each unit is provided with approximately 2100 square feet of living space plus a one-car garage and partial basement. Two of the units have an additional 200 square feet of third floor loft space. As befitting the site, the building was designed to emphasize the traditional seaside character of its environment. Unlike many contemporary townhouse designs in which individual units are emphasized, this design conveys a single resort-like structure. This approach provided for variation in the unit plans and eliminated the monotony of predictable townhouse designs.
