Project: Phillips Exeter Academy Faculty Housing, Exeter, NH

"Phillips Exeter Academy needed to provide larger, more private accommodations for their senior faculty and their families. They wished to construct detached single-family homes within the campus proper to strengthen the sense of community and for ease of pedestrian access to the campus and downtown Exeter.
It was decided to construct four new faculty houses on an existing Academy parcel of approximately two acres. The exterior design was made to be compatible with the historic neighborhood yet variations in the facade of each of the four homes were incorporated to make each one feel unique. The Academy now considers this project a prototype for future faculty housing."
