Benjamin Moore Paints has just launched a new full spectrum paint line entitled Color Stories. This full spectrum palette is unique because each color is comprised of five to seven different colorants without using any gray or black pigments. As a point of reference, conventional colors generally use three pigments mixed with black or gray. The result will be colors that are more complex and vibrant than their other lines.
Benjamin Moore has classified the line into five different color stories (hence the name) theses are Earthen Hues, Elemental Greens, Fiery Sunset, Fluid Blues, Golden Fields, Naturally Neutral, Shades of Gray, and Violet Twilight. The stories will be comprised of 240 different shades. The line is targeted to interior designers and architects who appreciate the complexity of colors and the brightness of the hues.
If you are interested in these colors we recommend you call your local paint shop to confirm they sell the Color Stories line. The line will only be available through select Benjamin Moore retailers. According to Benjamin Moore “The retailers who take on Color Stories will really qualify as paint mixologists, because the process requires such infallible accuracy”.
