Project Manager / Project Architect

TMS Architects & Interiors is seeking a Project Manager interested in quality design to be a part of our award-winning full-service architectural firm. Located in Portsmouth, NH, we have been serving the Seacoast and surrounding New England area for over three decades. Our portfolio includes custom luxury homes, historic preservation, country clubs, mixed-use, and many unique projects.

Responsibilities:

The candidate’s role will be to develop design concepts in tandem with senior leadership and work independently throughout construction documents and construction administration. This role will utilize software and techniques that are appropriate to produce architectural documents and presentations for small to large architectural projects and to continue proficiency.

The ideal candidate would be interested in being part of our award-winning interior design studio and architectural firm. Marketing Manager or Coordinator

TMS Architects & Interiors is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategies. The position will provide marketing efforts, focusing on business development, brand strategy, and public relations.
TMS Architect & Interiors is an established award-winning architectural and interior design firm established in Portsmouth, New Hampshire for over 40 years. TMS is a company of passionate Architects, Designers, and project managers that specialize in quality high-end architecture and interior design in various New England styles. Our portfolio includes luxury single-family residential as well as boutique hotels, restaurants,
historic renovations, and golf clubhouses.

Responsibilities will include working with the principal architects to create high-quality marketing materials for advertising campaigns, collecting client and project data, research, and overall branding and positioning. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the management team, which includes having direct interaction with the business owners handling content development, graphic projects, and planning photography with staging.

Responsibilities:

Advertising and marketing content creation and upkeep, including:

Strategic Planning:

Market analysis and strategy planning and skills that position the firm for success.

Brand strategy planning and public relations
• Demographic research and targeted advertising that drives in results
• Develop a marketing budget and plan to coordinate with the management team
• Continued development of lead generation (networking, outreach with builders, etc)
• Coordination with publishers of like-minded demographics and liaison for the company for
advertising contracts and budgets
• Coordination with potential business opportunities from other collaborative e&orts with
requests for proposals (RFP’s) and requests for qualifications (RFQ’s)
• Ability to present integrated marketing strategies and programs that drive results
• Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics with content development for targeted
audiences, including social media campaigns, blog posts, email newsletters, print mailers,
etc.
• Market analysis and strategy planning and skills that position the firm for success
• Ability to understand our brand and image and align marketing with these e&orts

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, journalism, or any combination of education and professional experience that would meet the responsibilities listed above.
• Minimum of two years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or communications.
• Friendly, personable, and critical thinking skills to drive our brand with the ability to collaborate with other creative individuals
• Organization and ability to communicate in various forms with a strong aesthetic eye and attention to detail. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings preferred
• Strong business writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to be flexible within a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and works well in collaborative environments.
• Proficiency in Adobe CS with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. Premier or Rush skills are desired, but not required. Microsoft O&ice suite with Word, Excel are required.
• Photography and WordPress experience is desired, but not required.
• Knowledge of and experience working with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)

Schedule:
• In-o&ice Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• This is an in-person, non-hybrid role and the ideal start date would be in June 2024.
