In-Office Marketing Coordinator Position Available

TMS Architects & Interiors is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategies. The position will provide marketing efforts, focusing on business development, brand strategy, and public relations. Responsibilities will include working with the principal architects to create high-quality marketing materials for advertising campaigns, collecting client and project data, research, and overall branding and positioning. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the management team, which includes directly interacting with the business owners, handling content development, graphic projects, and planning photography with staging.

Responsibilities:

Advertising and marketing content creation and upkeep, including:

      • Social media platform management, Blog post creation, Email newsletters, Print mailers, project sheets, company and employee bios, and other content creation and organization.
      • Coordinate photography, maintain photo library, videos of projects, photography budgets, shoot coordination, assisting in staging, creation of marketing books, special events, and website updates.
      • Job site visits for InProgress content creation and signage management
      • Website management and consultant manager in regard to both content and budgets
      • Develop and post website and social media content – maintain social media calendar.
      • Develop and maintain marketing materials, including firm overviews, project sheets, resumes, and other standard proposal materials.
      • Write, design, and assemble marketing collateral pieces supporting business development and company activities, including presentations, brochures, magazines, newsletter articles, award submissions, and special event materials.
      • Facilitate graphic design, preparation, and placement of advertisements.
      • Manage company apparel program and promotional items
      • Willingness to learn new software and generate potential fly-by videos from architectural and interior 3d models for digital content creation for web use and sharing
      • General marketing support through various administrative and/or clerical tasks, such as maintaining marketing mailing and other projects or duties as developed in tandem with the management team
      • Ongoing marketing projects, development, and presentation to the management team of new projects that align with our brand.

 

Strategic Planning:

      • Market analysis and strategy planning and skills that position the firm for success.
      • Brand strategy planning and public relations
      • Demographic research and targeted advertising that drives in results
      • Develop a marketing budget and plan to coordinate with the management team
      • Continued development of lead generation (networking, outreach with builders, etc)
      • Coordination with publishers of like-minded demographics and liaison for the company for advertising contracts and budgets
      • Coordination with potential business opportunities from other collaborative efforts with requests for proposals (RFP’s) and requests for qualifications (RFQ’s)
      • Ability to present integrated marketing strategies and programs that drive results
      • Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics with content development for targeted audiences, including social media campaigns, blog posts, email newsletters, print mailers, etc.
      • Market analysis and strategy planning and skills that position the firm for success
      • Ability to understand our brand and image and align marketing with these efforts

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities:

      • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, journalism, or any combination of education and professional experience that would meet the responsibilities listed above.
      • Minimum of two years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or communications.
      • Friendly, personable, and critical thinking skills to drive our brand with the ability to collaborate with other creative individuals
      • Organization and ability to communicate in various forms with a strong aesthetic eye and attention to detail. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings preferred
      • Strong business writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
      • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to be flexible within a deadline-driven environment.
      • Excellent interpersonal skills and works well in collaborative environments.
      • Proficiency in Adobe CS with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. Premier or Rush skills are desired, but not required. Microsoft Office suite with Word, Excel are required.
      • Photography and WordPress experience is desired, but not required.
      • Knowledge of and experience working with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.

Schedule:

      • In-office Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
      • This is an in-person, non-hybrid role and the ideal start date would be in June 2024.
